Antelope Hunts

Montana is a top antelope hunting destination and our private ranches have very good quality antelope, due to allowing only a small amount of bucks to be harvested every year. Our Montana Pronghorn Antelope hunts take place on 2 private hunting ranches, one in Glendive a 10,000 acre ranch and the other in Forsyth an 8000 acre ranch

Hunters can expect Montana Antelope to average score in the 70 inch mark with the average length in the 13-16 inch range. Both of our hunting ranches have taken Bucks that score 80 inches or better and horn length of 17 inches.

When rifle hunting we usually glass several herds of Antelope with spotting scopes and binoculars until we find the right buck. Then we typically make a short stalk to get within range for the shot. A hunter should be prepared for shots in the 100-300 yard range.

Our Pronghorn Archery hunts are mostly done at waterholes and feeding areas in blinds which are placed at prime locations. Temperatures climb into the 70s or higher most days, and Antelope absolutely need to drink once or twice daily. In some areas, spot and stalk hunts are an option. Stalking Antelope in short prairie grass may be one of archery's greatest challenges. Patience and endurance are keys to success, as it's common to make many attempts on bedded bucks before a good shot is presented.

When applying for the draw use 900-00 for Archery and 700-00 for rifle hunts. Deadline for applying for your Montana Antelope hunt is June 1st.

Glendive Ranch

$1800 - 1:1 (includes stay at our lodge and home cooked meals)

Archery hunts: 4 full days of hunting:

August 15^th to the 18^th (Arrive day before and leave day after) 2 openings

August 20^th to the 23^rd (Arrive day before and leave day after) 2 openings

Rifle: 3 full days of hunting

October 8^th to the 10^th (Arrive day before and leave day after) 2 openings

October 12^th to the 14^th (Arrive day before and leave day after) 2 openings

Forsyth Ranch

$1800 - 1:1 (includes stay at our lodge and home cooked meals)

Rifle: 3 full days of hunting

October 8^th to the 10^th (Arrive day before and leave day after) 1 - 2 openings

October 12^th to the 14^th (Arrive day before and leave day after) 1 - 2 openings

All hunts require 50% deposit to reserve spot. Deposits are non refundable, balance due on arrival. We accept money order, certified checks or if you prefer credit card we will require a 3% service charge.
