New Mexico Elk Hunting

Our New Mexico Elk Hunting is done in some of the best Elk hunting habitat in New Mexico. We conduct our Elk Hunting in Gila National forest units 16A, 16B and 15; these world renowned units are famous for producing some of the biggest bulls in the United States and offer some great private ranch Elk hunts in Unit 34, Unit 36 and Unit 37.

Our hunts in the Gila National Forest are true wilderness hunts conducted on horseback, 4 wheel drive and spot and stalk on foot. These pack-in camps can be a physical hunt which makes taking a big bull that much more rewarding. All our private land Elk hunts are less physical but you will still need to be in good shape. Accommodations will be on the ranch.

We suggest that you put in your draw application through the outfitter pool which gives you a better chance of drawing, but if unsuccessful we do offer land owner vouchers. Please contact us for more information.

Hunt #1

We offer this hunt on a 300,000 acre ranch loaded with quality bulls with the norm being bulls in 320-330 class and opportunity for a 340-350 class bull. This ranch is fairly accessible making the hunting far easier. This hunt includes land owners voucher so no need to worry about the draw. This hunt includes 5 full days of hunting 1:1, ranch accommodations, all meals and land owners voucher.

Dates: Archery - September 1^st - 22^nd Rifle - October

Hunt #2

We offer this hunt on several private ranches in game units 34, 36 and 37. This hunt will generally produce bulls in the 320-340 class with those holding out a chance at a 350 class bull. We do have land owners vouchers for those who do not wish to enter the draw or were unsuccessful. This hunt include 5 full days of hunting 1:1, ranch accommodations.

Price: $3400 2:1

$7500 2:1 including land owners voucher

$8250 1:1 including land owners voucher

Dates: Archery - September 1^st - 22^nd Rifle - October

All hunts require 50% deposit to reserve spot. Deposits are non refundable, balance due on arrival. We accept money order, certified checks or if you prefer credit card we require a 3% service charge.
